We are committed to being the leading psychotherapy centre for addiction and mood disorders in the UK. Mental health disorders are not something to hide. They are a part of human life. We believe, just like any other illness they can be treated. Our counselling and psychotherapy interventions will help you to cross the divide.
Hope
The origins of addiction frequently lie in the past, whether that be significant childhood trauma or catastrophic events in later life. The pain carried forward is frequently masked by sex, drugs and alcohol; all of which can be devastating to personal lives.
But there is hope.
We have seen the success through our specific and focused addiction therapy. We know what we’re talking about, because we have been there.
Our founder, Nathan Jones, has been in recovery from substance and behavioural addictions since 2012.
